Privacy Policy

Data we collect

Account details (name, email, company), the creative assets and campaign data you upload, connected ad-account identifiers, and usage data such as pushes and credit consumption.

How we use it

To operate the service: analyzing and tagging your assets, delivering pushes to your ad accounts, reporting analytics, and billing. We do not sell your data or use your creative to train models for other customers.

AI processing

Assets are processed by our tagging and scoring models solely to serve your workspace. Analysis results stay inside your workspace and its members' view.

Retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Deleting a workspace or account removes its assets and analysis within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Terms of Service

Your account

You're responsible for your account, your team's access, and the content you upload. You must have the rights to any creative you bring into HikrAds.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no pushing creative that violates the policies of the ad platforms you connect.

Credits & billing

Subscriptions bill monthly or annually. Credit allowances reset each cycle and don't roll over. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
